Schedule your evaluation here (once you are in the portal, you will be able to schedule follow up appointments easily there). When it prompts you for your referral source, you can list your doctor or write "self", "tiktok", etc but it can not be left blank to continue
California law does not require a doctor's prescription/diagnosis for the first 45 calendar days of treatment or 12 visits (whichever comes first) if you are an appropriate candidate. If/when you do see an MD of your choice, we will always send updates to their office for your convenience.

All cancelations/ re-schedulings need to be made at least 24 hrs before scheduled appointment time, or you will still be charged for the full amount of the visit. We are not in-network for any insurance at this time.
