In-home PT for residents of the Southbay:
Our in person physical therapy is also 45 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-up treatment sessions, and our pricing for treatment time is the same as online PT ($250/evaluation normally but on sale if you schedule now: $125! and $125/follow-up). This time can be fully or partially reimbursed by your insurance if you have a PPO plan. We provide our patients a super bill in their online portal if they choose to submit it to their provider as out of network services. We also charge for transportation time, which is not reimbursable as follows:
15 minute drive (each way) is a total roundtrip fee of $50
30 minute drive (each way) is a total roundtrip fee of $100
Further distances upon individual approval and agreement on a case by case basis

We collect payment at the start of your visit, and our cancelation policy requires 24 hour notice of cancellations/reschedules for a full refund. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for a full visit in order to keep the pricing reasonable for patients.
